How many images can I upload at once?

Each subscription plan has a specific limit on the number of images you can upload at once. For detailed information on each plan’s limit, please visit the "Pricing" tab.

What types of files can I upload?

We currently support PNG (.png), JPEG (.jpeg and .jpg), WEBP (.webp), and non-animated GIF (.gif).

Is there a limit on the size of the images I can upload?

Yes, we limit image uploads to 20MB per image.

Can I use this platform to tag images in languages other than English?

Yes, you can tag images in over 15 languages, including Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hebrew, and Arabic. To change the language, log in and click the language dropdown menu in the upload settings.

Can I delete images I uploaded?

Yes, you can delete images you uploaded anytime from the gallery.

What should I do if my image is unclear?

If the image is unclear, the model will try to interpret it. However, the results might not be accurate. A good rule of thumb is if an ordinary person cannot see the information in the image at the resolution used in low/high resolution mode, the model will not see it either.

My image generation failed with a "server error" message
